Today is the 20th death anniversary of late superstar Salman Shah.
Salman’s first appearance in a major role was in feature film Keyamat Thekey Keyamat released in 1993.
On the occasion, Salman Shah Smriti Parishad will organised a discussion and a milad mahfil at Bangladesh Film Development Corporation.
Salman had starred in a number of hit movies including ‘Keyamat Thekey Keyamat’, ‘Antorey Antorey’, ‘Bikkhov’, ‘Denmohor’, ‘Bichar Hobe’, ‘Ei Ghor Ei Sangsar’, ‘Jibon Sangsar’, ‘Chawa Theke Pawa’ and ‘Anondo Osru’.
Salman Shah made his debut with ‘Keyamat Thekey Keyamat’ directed by Sohanur Rahman Sohan. The film was a remake of Indian Hindi movie ‘Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak’.
Salman Shah started his acting career through TV drama. In his short career, he acted in 27 films. His film career was associated with first actress Moushumi and then Shabnur.
Salman Shah breathed his last on September 6, 1996 aged of 25.
